Say, isn’t the iPad not set to hit international markets until May 28th? Then why is the app store International available already?

Yes, it has just gone live internationally. Hey now, does that mean that if you have an iPad in Europe or other countries other than the United States, that you won’t be able to get your apps at all, or not without price?
