International iPad data plans detailedBy Jeff Baker - 05/04/2010 11:40:22 AM |
When it comes to data plans, no one is a fan. Luckily, in the United States, we are granted with unlimited data on AT&T, for example, for a monthly charge of $30. It’s not exactly cheap but it is when compared to what international iPad 3G users will be paying for their data.
Below is the breakdown of what AT&T for users who bring their iPad overseas:
20 MB: $24.99/month 50 MB: $59.99/month 100 MB: $119.99/month 200 MB: $199.99/month
Yep, $200 a month for only 200 MB of data transfer. Ridiculous, I know.
