So what is a MeeGo? It is an alliance between Intel and Nokia to create a Linux distribution suited for new mobile devices, including phones.
MeeGo is made for next generation devices from the ground up, and it is open with upstream components. The developers can target multiple platforms, as well as cross-device support.
