Image to Speech Technology: Where Is It?

We have heard of text-to-speech technology but what about image-to-music? All it takes is a software program to make it happen and if rumors are true, we may just see some pixels belching out some kind of note or tune soon.

But surprisingly, some group has claimed that it has been around and even has patents for this image to music technology, forcing Kenji Kojima to shelve plans for his RGB MusciLab program. Have you heard of such a program? If so, why isn’t it out in the market?
