A new app known as the iHome + Sleep is designed to help those with some sleeping disorders. It keeps track of sleeping patterns and whatever other activities are going on in the night.

The app has “sleep cards” that are designed for customizable alarms, and keeps note of how many times the user hits the snooze button. It also can keep track of news that is going on while you were sleeping.

It is a free app, so you might as well see if it can improve your sleeping habits.
