I’m probably too late on reporting this, but iDroid Mini Browser for the iPhone is free this weekend.

Yeah, I realize that this weekend is almost over, but this program is only $0.99, and it allows for tabbed browsing, full-screen browsing, and and advanced cache algorithm to ensure optimum speed.
