ICD launching the Vega Tablet next year

Innovative Converged Devices (ICD) is going to try and make a splash in the tablet market come next year with the Vega Tablet.

This touchscreen tablet will come in 7, 11, and 15 inch sizes, and use Android. It will also have 512MB DDR DRAM, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, a Tegra processor, and Bluetooth 2.1.

No word on price or availability, but look for them at CES in January of 2010.
