A new add-on for the iPhone has been released by Wireless Dynamics Inc. into the market with the launch of the iCarte 110, a NFC/RFID reader which you simply hook on to the bottom of your Apple device. With the device, you can turn your iPhone to a NFC and RFID Reader/Writer for making the usual mobile transactions such as contactless payments, transit payments and top-up prepaid credit among others. It can also be a handy add-on for people who need to manage their asset, document and security tracking needs on a commercial note. The iCarte works with iPhone 3G and 3GS with OS version 3.0 or higher and comes with a mini-USB connector that can double as a charger for the iPhone and sync your device with iTunes.
