HTC Touch SmartPhone with TouchFLO Technology

HTC announces the global launch their HTC Touch smartphone handset. The Touch features Windows Mobile 6 with a finger-touch display that uses HTC? TouchFlo technology. The phone's touch screen can easily recognize and respond accordingly to the sweep of a finger across the screen, and is even able to distinguish input from either your finger or stylus. With HTC's TouchFlo technology, users simply sweep their finger up the screen to launch a 3D animated interface to access Contacts, Media, and Applications. TouchFlo technology also enhances finger touch scrolling and browsing of webpages.

The phone is a tri-band GSM with EDGE, 802.11b/g WiFi, and Bluetooth connectivity. It gets a large 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen with TouchFlo technology and features including 128MB of ROM, 64MB of RAM, a 2-megapixel camera, an included 1GB microSD card, and Windows Mobile 6. The phone will be available in choice of colors elegant soft black and alluring wasabi green. The phone is currently available in the UK and will be soon available in Asia and throughout Europe later this month. North and Latin America will see the launch of the HTC Touch during the second half of 2007.
