The HTC Tattoo is no Hero, but it still has the Android factor, which in itself is a selling point right now.  Vodafone has announced that its UK customers will have the first go at this 2.8-inch touchscreen device and according to the press release, it will be packing a few treats when it is released.  Riding alongside its 3.2 megapixel camera, 3.5mm headset jack, GPS, and microSD support will be an FM radio and Android 1.6 operating system.  That enough for you to buy this device?
