Web site pcdebolso.com has been able to unearth information about the new HTC smartphone, HTC P3470 aka Pharos. The Pharos is an entry level smartphone running on Windows Mobile, particularly version 6 Professional. It features 2.8” QVGA Display, GPS and Bluetooth. There are projected specs based on hardware and software observations including it being a 2.5G phone due to the presence of TI OMAP CPU at 200 MHz (which is kinda slow) and it having no Wi-Fi. The device uses HTC’s TouchFlo interface.
