HP to Release TouchSmart Development Kit! HP App Store on the Way?By Chris - 10/28/2008 8:34:57 PM |

Boy is this computer manufacturer working hard or what? HP is going to release guidelines for third-party developers in order for them to create TouchSmart applications. HP‘s TouchSmart technology used in some of the latest PCs is waiting for more programs from developers. If you’re one heck of a good coder, maybe this is a possible future job for you.
HP won’t follow the Apple App Store model. All applications hosted on the TouchSmart Community will be free to download, although HP won’t block any developer to hos and charge for his or her application. Before getting all excited about this possibility you might want to kick back and wait for the multitouch Windows 7 to be unleashed. Multitouch applications will rock compared to single touch applications!
