HP has added a new low-cost laptop to its catalog which is named HP G42t and has a starting price of $550.

In the inside of the HP G42t you can find an Intel Core i3 or i5 dual-core processors and the memory RAM can go up to 4GB of DDR3, while the hard-drive is set at 640GB of storage capacity and the graphics cards is powered by an Intel HD. Other goodies include a DVD or Blu-ray drive, a 14.-inch screen with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels, WiFi, Bluetooth,and a 6-cell battery. This HP laptop makes use of Windows 7 Home Premium as the operative system and is available in 3 colors: biscotti, white, or silver.
