HP has launched new iPaq smarphones on Tuesday. They are available in Europe for now from Vodafone. The HP iPaq Data Messenger and the HP iPaq Voice Messenger will be available in the UK first and then in the rest of Europe. An official release for the USA hasn’t been announced yet, but that might happen later on.

The new iPaqs offer a new five-way optical navigation button, Windows Mobile 6.1, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and a 3 meagapixel camera.

The HP iPaq Voice Messanger is a phone which comes with a 2.4 inch QVGA non-touch display and a 20-button keypad. The HP iPaq Data Messenger comes both with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a touchsren display.

The Voice Messanger costs $521 while the Data Messenger costs $652. Check with your Vodafone dealer for availability dates and subsidized prices.
