HP is trying to reinvent itself or what? I guess all PC manufacturers should be getting their act together and come up with some new models right about now. The Mac special event is due to arrive and I’m sure a lot of people would want a new Mac no matter if they end up buying one or not.

HP has launched two new special edition laptops. The dv4t and the dv5t. The first has a 14.1 inch with WXGA panel, 4GB of DDR2 RAM, a NVIDIA 512MB GeForce 9200M GS, a Core 2 Duo processor of your liking, up to 400GB of HDD space, WiFi and WWAN and an integrated HDTV hybrid tuner. The dv5t has a 15.4 inch LCD, GMA4500MHD integrated graphics, Blu-ray besides what you’ve already read about the dv4t.

What’s special about these two laptops? I guess it must be the fancy design, right? Pricing starts at $1,099.99 for the dv4t and at $949 for the dv5t.
