HP Compaq (Optimator) 2710p Tablet Computer approved by FCC
The upcoming HP Tablet PC, also known as Optimator or by the codename of HP Compaq 2710p, has received the OK signal from FCC and will probably be seen on the shelves in the near future.
The small sized computer has plenty of good specifications for such a device, but on the other hand (like Giz says) there is no way to find a trackpad which makes the tablet look a bit strange to say the less.
Anyway, the HP Optimator will be something like this:
- 12-inch display with anti-glare
- 60GB to 100GB on a smart SATA hard-drive
- 1GB to 4GB of RAM
- Processor by Intel Core 2 Duo Ultra Low Voltage
- Connectivity options go to Wi-Fi, AGN, and bluetooth.
- ev2200 1exEV-DO or hs2300 HSDPA Broadband Wireless Module
- 6 cell battery
As for the dimensions and weight, they are 290.00 x 212.00 x 28.20 mm and 1.6gkg correspondingly.
