HP 2133 Mini-Note PC: Only $300By Tony - 10/27/2008 10:19:49 PM |
When the HP2133 Mini-Note PC was first launched a few months ago, on April, the price range could go from $500 to $800 depending on your customization. But thanks to Amazon and their good will to make money, the HP netbook is now at sale with a price tag of $300 – less $200 than the original lowest price.
The model available at this price is entitled KR922UT, and the specifications can be a bit low-end, but in the end you get what you pay for. Which means that for $300 you get a VIA C7-M 1GHz processor, plus 512MB of memory RAM, and only 4GB on a built-in flash drive.
As you can imagine, Microsoft Windows would become a bit slow on this machine, and that is why it runs Linux.
Small but mighty, the HP 2133 Mini-Note PC (model KR922UT) offers you a full-function laptop that weighs just 2.8 pounds. Designed to go where you go without weighing you down, it’s perfect for young students in your home, and robust enough to handle demanding business applications for road warriors.
