Since GPS, WiFi and wireless devices govern an important part of our daily lives, why not make the most of their technology? Brickhouse has developed a Child Locator which could come in handy. You get the device in the picture which will indicate the position of your kid at all times.
How does it work? Simply attach a tag underneath the skin of on your children clothes. Should they leave the safe designated area, you will hear a beeping alert. Follow the visual indicator to find your kids and bring them back to their initial location. Even more than that, there’s a panic button which can be pushed at any time by your child in case of emergency.
I wonder if one could use this to monitor teenagers and adults too! The Child Locator is available for $189.95.

Does Brickhouse security really developed this gadget? This gadget has been selling under Loc8tor (no typo really “8″ instead of “a”) in UK since 2006 . There was a Loc8tor lite and a Loc8tor Plus– you can find them also in ebay
