Syntax-Brillian 6580iFB HDTVSyntax-Brillian announced that its new six-megapixel 65" (diagonal) HDTV/Media Center Video Platform, the 6580iFB 1080p. The 6580iFB boasts of the industry's highest contrast ratio rating at 4000:1.

The 6580iFB offers exceptional black levels - 0.14 cd/square meter. It also implements patented 12-bit analog grayscale color reproduction for smooth video imagery. The monitor is based on Gen II LCos (liquid crystal on silicon) technology for brilliant images in any ambient lighting.

Offering a wide 170° viewing angle, the set provides 1920x1080 pixel (1080p) resolution with a new mega-sharp lens design for accommodating denser pixel arrays.
