Samsung HL-R7178W DLP TV
At CEDIA 2005 Samsung introduced everyone to the massive 71" Samsung HL-R7178W DLP Rear Projection TV, it features a Cinema Smooth 1080p Light Engine that provides outstanding color and deep black levels for the highest screen resolution available in a consumer DLP. I was suprised that such a big TV didn't cost well over $10000, it only costs $6,499.
It is Digital Cable Ready and offers a built-in Analog/Digital Tuner for convenient connection with input sources.
If you want a massive screened TV that won't totally blow the budget, I would have a look into Samsung DLP Rear Projection range of TV's, they seem to be just as good as LCD and Plasma TV's, but with a lower price. samsung.com

Anybody know how high the base of the Samsung 71" DLP (Model #HL-R7178W should be off the floor? I have been trying to find a stand for the HL-R7178W to get the height. I am building an entertainment wall and need to know how high to make the shelf the TV will sit on.
