Today Pioneer Announced the Pioneer PDP-5060HD (50") and PDP-4360HD (43") Plasma TV's. Enhanced Contrast Ratios Offer Better Black Level Than Ever Before and make HDTV Look Picture Perfect.
Newly enhanced black level detail and brilliant image quality delivers amazingly sharp, bright, accurate picture quality that lets sports fans, gamers and movie buffs experience the best of what HDTV programming is meant to deliver.
Pioneer PDP-5060HD (50") and PDP-4360HD (43") PureDrive II video processing and Newly developed sixth generation plasma glass technologies come together to create blacker blacks, smoother transitions and generally sharper, brighter and more accurate images than previous models.
60000 hours (20 years at 8 hours per day) is an approximate time for the display panel to reach half of its original luminescence.
