onkyo_cs-v20.jpgNow more than ever, size has become a big selling point for consumer electronics and new technologies.

Electronics company Onkyo for example has decided to shrink its home theater system into a small box. The recently introduced, CS-V20 is a personal audio/video system that combines a high quality two-channel receiver, DVD player, radio tuner and complete 5.1-channel processing into device that can fit in any office, bedroom, or dorm room.

It includes a pair of two-way loudspeakers, progressive scan video output, and pre-outs for expansion into a full-fledged 5.1-channel home theater mini-system.

The device also include an AM/FM radio, support for MP3, WMA, and JPEG Files and is XM-Ready (an optional antenna that allows subscription to 150 channels of commercial-free entertainment programming).

It retails online for about $400.
