Bang & Olufsen has announced the new BeoVision 7-40 - a complete home entertainment system that comes with a 40 inch LCD widescreen display with an integrated DVD player and a digital surround sound module.

The 7-40 comes with a 40 inch widescreen display that automatically adjusts the picture quality to match the current light conditions. It comes with an anti-reflection coating to reduce the effect of incoming light on the screen. The television set also includes a motorized tilt function which allows you to tilt and turn the screen from your viewing position at the touch of a remote control button.

The DVD player sits below the television screen and swings out in a silent smooth motion. The 7-40 is also designed to work hand in hand with the Bang & Olufsen BeoLab 7-4 centre loundspeaker and other BeoLab loudspeakers.
