Hercules has launched a new netbook into the market, it is codenamed eCafe EC-1000W and has a low price taking in consideration all the specifications: only $400.

The eCafe EC-1000W will become available to the public in later October, and comes pre-installed with Windows 7. It has 250GB of storage capacity which is pretty good for such a small sized netbook with a 10.1-inch LCD screen that provides a resolution of 1024×600. On top of the internal (hard-drive) storage capacity, you also get 50GB of online storage – a rare feature in laptops.. The processor runs on an Intel Atom N270.
