hanwa_dts-620x465Vacuum tubes have sort of a steampunk look to them, but at one point in time, they were an excellent way to boost a signal. I suppose that is why Hanwa Japan figured out that the vacuum tube was the perfect way to update a computer with DTS sound.

The AS301DTS is for sale for $45, and can be used with Windows machines. It sadly will not work as is, for it requires DTS Headphone Deck software and DTS-compatible headphones (AH-516).
