So the basics are the Phreedom has a Qwerty keyboard, 2.5 inch QVGA LCD screen, and connects via WEP, WPA, and Double Tri Band GSM Radio. The concept is to allow the user to choose between the many different connections in order to save money on roaming call charges.

This phone represents new advances not just in technology, but also in combining services such as VIOP and Palm in order to produce a spectacular product, and by the looks of it they have done that and done it well.

We are in the age of where a small obscure company can produce a product comparable with the big boys, but with more product and less price, simply because of the addition of the Linux, this is fantastic for the consumers who are demanding more and more extras for less cash, companies like Gupp Technologies are at the fore front of this marriage of Linux and mobile technology, which makes for better devices coming online that have many more extra capabilities that the mobile phones of the past couple of years.
