What you are seeing here is Gunman, an iPhone app that is like paintball, but without the paintball. Essentially, it allows the user to use their iPhone as a gun with a sight, and to shoot other players.
All the players need is a battlefield, and they can start shooting. When one gunman hits the other, the injured party’s iPhone will vibrate. Think of it as a Laser Tag without the silly guns. You should be able to purchase Gunman for about $2.99.
