I’m not certain why you would need an app like this, but Gun Assembly 3D is now available for the iPod Touch and iPhone.

It looks like something that only a gun enthusiast might be interested in, or an assassin. This is a technical app that has a lot of detail on weapon models and their parts.

It is free for the next 24 hours, but I’m pretty sure that I am late for reporting on this one. I seem to have a bad habit of that, like Army Defense or that EA Games deal. I don’t know how much it is regularly.
