The gigantic internet company also known as Google has made a few changes to their local search application, that can be used in mobile phones or in computers. Obviously this changes make the system work better, in this particular case, much better and easier to use then before.
This new version is a freebie and to access it via your mobile phone, just visit the address - www.google.com/m/local. Sadly it is only available in certain parts of the world, more specifically the US and China.
Anyhow, here are some of the new features of the Google Local Search:
- search and save your favourite locations, and afterwards it is easy to check those locations on your phone;
- places with a star have useful information such as phone number details and working hours;
- being able to pick a place without typing;
