Google to pull out of China on April 10th?By Jeff Baker - 03/19/2010 4:20:23 AM |

If you’ve been following the Google vs China battle you’ll know that things have recently gotten pretty heated with Google even considering to close up shop in China. However, reports has surfaced not too long ago that said Google would modify their website a bit and stay in China but contrasting reports have surfaced today. These reports say that Google China could be closing its doors and moving out as early as April 10th.
Of course, these aren’t confirmed, but if Google were to do this it would be a bold move. On one hand they would be standing up to censorship and essentially telling the Chinese government to buzz off, but on the other hand they would be losing a very valuable market.
We’ll have to wait and see what Google decides to do.
