Google Maps updated for the Android

google-mobileGoogle has good news for everyone that owns a cellphone with the Android platform and uses the Google Maps, because the application has been updated.

The updated version will become available pretty soon in the Android Market and in terms of new features it includes the following:
- being able to sync saved searches as well as starred locations made on your desktop app;
- a night mode that makes it easy to use Google Maps when it’s dark;
- if you’re logged onto your Google account, you can now search locations from your desktop app;
