Okay, I was overreacting. Motorola isn't really shutting down, they're just considering spinning off their mobile phone unit due to the recent slump in figures caused by their lackluster performance after the phenomenal success of the RAZR. Still, a bit more into the slump and they might as well say sayonara. Strangely, right after they announced their plans to sell their mobile phone unit, the company's stocks soared. I guess you should announce something like this every other day, Moto.
