I realize that there are a lot of problems with that iPhone 4, and this is a tweet for that.

Apparently, if you you complain on the Samsung UK Twitter account, you will receive a free Samsung Galaxy S phone.

I am guessing that this probably won’t last forever, and this offer is probably up. Give it a shot if you want to see if you can get a free one.
