GE Digital Cameras to debut at PMA

GE, one of the most trusted consumer brands, will soon become one of the hottest names in high-quality digital cameras. Teaming up with General Imaging Co., an overwhelming response from retailers and consumers of the new digital camera line is expected. GE’s aim is to be Number 1 in quality, technology, performance and value. GE digital cameras will start with 7MP resolution and 2.5-inch LCD screens for entry-level cameras. The more expensive high-end cameras will provide up to 12MP resolution and 3-inch LCD screens. A photo printer will also be available. Cameras will be available sometime in mid-April. The GE digital cameras will make an appearance at the annual Photo Marketing Association trade show March 8-11 in Las Vegas.
