Garmin Nuvi 1860 GPSBy Tony - 01/31/2010 9:00:31 PM |
The Garmin Nuvi 1860 was announced to the public a few months ago, but it will only become available for purchase in the upcoming weeks, in the UK.
For Garmin this is pretty much a special GPS because it includes a couple of features they don’t usually make use of, like a camera with geo-tagging capabilities, and a wireless WiFi connection with a browser to surf the web. Anyhow, the Nuvi 1860 will run a Linux OS and boast a 4.8-inch screen size.
Thankfully there is an extra after the purchase, which is a 1 year subscription for free, to access their nuLink services like Google local search, traffic, events, and other. Price is close to $800.
