EDGE 500 is the name of the new GPS system made by Garmin, specifically for cyclists. The navigation system comes with a good set of features such as providing details about elevation, distance, time, and calories burned. Additionally, if you’ve got a heart rate monitor made by Garmin, the EDGE 500 can also present data related to calorie consumption.

Other features include wireless sync and a battery life of 18 hours. The Garmin EDGE 500 is priced at $200 and so far there isn’t a release date.
