Garmin has put out a GPSMAP 62, an Electronic Compass and Barometric Altimiter.
This model has a 2.6 inch 65K color touchscreen, and allows the users to load Garmin custom maps and BirdsEye aerial imagery to the handheld. It is possible to get built-in topography maps, and even tri-axial electronic compass and barometric altimeter.
It should come out in July for about $350, with a Canadian version for $550.
