Garmin G1000 Avionics Suite for Aircraft
Garmin International introduces a new fully integrated Garmin G1000 avionics suite available on the Saratoga II TC and Piper 6X. The G1000 avionics suite include the latest enhancements including Garmin SafeTaxi™ and FliteChart to simplify operation, enhance situational awareness and increase safety during flight.
The G1000 is the only general aviation cockpit system which provides all the essential cockpit technologies in a single integrated system. All primary flight, navigation, autopilot, terrain avoidance, communication, engine, and aircraft sensor data can be displayed on the large dual 10-inch XGA 1,024x768 resolution displays. The system was designed to provide easy installation and service to keep costs of ownership lower.
The G1000 is provided with Garmin’s excellent worldwide customer support, which is unlike any other manufacturers. As new technologies become available, the system is additionally expandable to add the new technologies and capabilities.
The G1000 will be on display at Garmin and Piper’s Sun ‘n Fun trade show booths in Lakeland, Fl during April 17-23.
