Fuse could be the latest thing to happen to touchscreens

Synaptics has created a lot of interesting trackpad devices, and they are working on a mobile OS called the Fuse.

Go ahead and watch the video above to see what it is about. You will note how squeezing the phone creates a magnifying effect that is better than the two-finger swipe. You also might note the effect of a good tilt.

In short, this is a one-handed touchscreen designed by The Astonishing Tribe is something that I want in on. Apple, the iPhone needs to jump on this with all deliberate speed.
