One of the recent Fujitsu upgrades made to their Lifebook series of notebooks was the A6220 - a good but expensive computer. The other upgrade is a new Lifebook P8020, that continues with the high prices which in this case go up to $1,800. Is Fujitsu trying to compete with Apple in the price department? It surely looks like it.

OK, so maybe being ultraportable makes a laptop a bit more expensive, and the inclusion of a multitouch trackpad with zoom in/out functions (and others) also costs some money.

Anyhow, inside the new Fujitsu LifeBook P8020 that will be released in November, you’ll find the following items:

- Intel Core 2 Duo 1.4GHz processor
- 2GB RAM
- 120GB hard drive
- DVD burner
- Intel GMA 4500MHD video card
