Foxconn to Manufacture 24 Million 3G iPhone

Well it couldn’t be more clear than that. The second generation iPhone is coming for sure in June. Foxconn are assembling according to the Chinese Commercial Times. They are expected to produce 3 million 3G iPhones in June only and it’s estimated they will manufacture 24 million by the end of this generation’s life cycle.

Despite all that, there’s no official announcement. Everyone is waiting for Apple‘s Worldwide Developers Conference 2008 (WWDC 2008) in June and everyone is counting on this 3G iPhone to be finally produced. For now Foxconn are the only manufacturers of the first generation iPhone.
