18 Mar 10 Fox Vs. Duck iPhone App is a lot darker than it should be

In Fox Vs. Duck, these ball-shaped ducks drop into a pond, and the user must tilt his or her iPhone or iPod to steer the duck to a safe edge. There is a fox along the edge who will eat the ducks, not to mention a strange fish in the pond.

I have to admit that the game’s creepy music and monochromatic effect creates a rather dark feel for the game that is largely unnecessary. I mean, this could have been a cute little game, but the ducks die rather violently.

Anyway, Fox Vs. Duck will be available now for about $0.99 from the App store.
