Since the Formula 1 season is about to start, they have decided to release a free application for BlackBerry smartphones.

The free software is the official Formula 1 Timing application and includes the following features:

- live timing in which you can track the progress of every driver;
- circuit data that displays details about the air, track temperature, air pressure, humidity levels, wind speed, and wind direction;
- other goodies include results for the whole season, the calendar, and timetables;
