Football Fans Win with Alltel Wireless’ ‘My Circle 1st & 10’ sweepstakes

Alltell Wireless is offering lucky football fans throughout the country to win a chance to live out your dream of passing a winning touchdown for your favorite teams. Alltel Wireless, America’s largest network, offers this through their “My Circle 1st & 10” sweepstakes.

Fans of the 16 sponsored universities and pro football teams can enter to win a chance at football stardom by texting CIRCLE to 52191 or by logging onto www.alltelfootball.com beginning Sept. 12, 2007. One lucky fan from each sponsored team will be selected at random to take the field and attempt to complete a pass for an unprecedented grand prize. If they complete the pass, the winner will earn $100,000 for his or her ‘circle’ of 10 friends to share as well as free Alltel Wireless service on America’s largest network for the first 20,000 fans who redeem vouchers at an Alltel store.

Grand prize winners will take the field with their ‘circle’ of 10 friends at halftime of Alltel’s 16 sponsor game days. The 10 friends will have a chance to complete their own 10-yard passes, with each successful throw driving the grand prize winner down the field and closer to his or her target for the final pass.

If the grand prize winner’s throw spirals through the target, the grand prize winner and his or her ‘circle’ take home $100,000 to share and trigger a reward for those in attendance. The first 20,000 fans to redeem vouchers provided by Alltel will receive their own grand prize – six months of free Alltel Wireless service with “My Circle,” as well as the new Motorola RAZR V3a phone for just 99 cents. The grand prize voucher offers are limited to the first four games with on-field winners.

North Carolina A&T University will host the first “My Circle 1st & 10” challenge at its home football game on Oct. 13, 2007. The program concludes at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C., home of the Carolina Panthers, on Dec. 16, 2007. See detailed schedule below.
