FLO TV for the iPhone under development from Qualcomm?

In addition to the color e-book readers with gaming controllers, Qualcomm is apparently working on FLO TV for the iPhone.

FLO TV Personal television just went on sale about a week ago, and is a personal television with six months of service included, and then $8.99 afterward. This FLO TV for iPhone apparently runs off of the iPhone for its reception, though. No word of when it will be out.
