Fisher Price iXL is an e-reader for the very, very youngBy Mark Rollins - 02/15/2010 2:37:43 PM |

I thought that I would take a little break from covering all the awesome developments at MWC in Barcelona and cover something that kids might actually want. And when I say kids, I mean those pre-tweens, not the generation below me.
This is the Fisher Price iXL, a touchscreen device that is in full-color, and comes with a plastic stylus. It has an “app-based” home screen, which is preloaded with games, an animated story book and other means to get kids’ e-books. The device can also load MP3s, pictures, and videos from a Mac or PC.
All in all, your kid will want this.
