We mentioned the release candidate1 of the firefox browser for the Maemo OS a few weeks ago, but today the news are different because Firefox is oficially releasing version 1.0.

The Firefox v1.0 is already available for download but the Flash support is still a feature that needs to be improved. It is turned off by default but you can easily turn it on, still, some website or applications may malfunction. Anyhow, there is a good feature – Weavy Sync – which makes it easy to synchronize lots of data such as bookmarks, history info, passwords, and tabs.
