Firefox Mobile from Mozilla Coming Out in 2010

Mozilla wants to go mobile with their browser but that’s a plan for the distant future. It plans to release Firefox Mozilla only in 2010. Isn’t it just a little late? I mean sure, Firefox won’t loose its appeal by then but its fans have been waiting for a mobile version for quite a while.

On the other hand is good to know they’re taking their time creating the mobile version. I would imagine the final 2010 release would be virtually bug free and running at least as smoothly as the latest PC version. In the mean time we have Internet Explorer, Mobile Safari, and Opera Mini to play with.
