February 4 is the day when Fido will start to sell BlackBerry handsets. We already told you that but now we have more details. Fido has been training employees for the BlackBerry arrival. The first phone to be launched is the Pearl 8100. It will be sold for $400 with a month-to-month/off contract, $350 on a 2-year contract and $25 with a 3-year contract with voice and data. The data plans for it include the
$15 unlimited personal email and IM, $25 for 500MB, $30 for 1GB and $60 for 3GB of traffic. Tethering will be allowed at no additional price as long as you don’t go over your monthly traffic limit but the BlackBerry Exchange Sever won’t be supported.
