It’s actually been a while since we reported on good ol’ FCC-approved Bluetooth headsets, so here’s one: the Plantronics Explorer 220 just got a certificate to make its way into the world markets.
As usual (okay, you can stifle that yawn right now), it comes with a multifunction button, a port for charging and volume controls. The good news is that it can also be paired up with your desktop/laptop and make calls wirelessly.
The 110mAh battery on the Explorer 220 series lasts up to 6 hours and the headset weighs in at 11 grams (including the ear clip). No word on the pricing or availability yet, but check back with us soon.
